  • $35 flat rate for our Northern friends in Canada!

  •  Items usually ship in 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner! 

  • PREORDERS- when ordering preorders with separate shipping dates, please make sure to checkout separately or all preorders will ship together on date arrived. 


At Curvy Girl, 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be issued a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges.  All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use towards a new purchase. Please Note: STORE CREDITS EXPIRE AFTER 1 YEAR IF THEY ARE NOT REDEEMED AND CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER DISCOUNT CODES OR OFFERS. ANY ORDER PLACED USING A STORE CREDIT FROM A RETURN IS A FINAL SALE.

 Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

All accessories, ALL WHITE garments, bodysuits, leggings, custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, permanently marked down items and items sold at more than a 20% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.  All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.  (This includes the VIP discount offered in first purchases.)

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of delivery of item. 

  • Orders sent back after the return period will be RETURNED TO SENDER.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

  • To initiate a return, please email We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form

  • Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We promise we send them quickly! We've got you!  

  • All returns will be subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE

NOTE: There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive returns. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that timeframe.

 Refused Packages 

All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Undeliverable Packages 
All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accomodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
