Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • $8.99 flat-rate US shipping 

  • $35 flat rate for our Northern friends in Canada!

  •  Items usually ship in 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner! 

  • PRE ORDER SHIPMENTS ship in 2-6 weeks(PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION)
  • PREORDERS- when ordering preorders with separate shipping dates, please make sure to check out separately or all preorders will ship together on date arrived. 

 Returns

We Understand! Returns happen! 


Items eligible for a return may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a shop credit. 

Orders can not be edited or cancelled after checkout is complete. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct prior to checkout. 

Daily deals, Pre-orders, any items marked final sale, and sale items are final sale. This includes items where a coupon code was used (with the exception of new customer and referral coupon codes) are FINAL SALE.

Undergarments (bras, shapewear, bodysuits etc), Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc) items are final sale.

Items must be in new condition, unwashed, and unworn. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we must be notified within 5 days. We offer no guarantee on items after 5 days of receipt. 

Please make sure to email INFO@SHOPCURVYGIRLS.COM for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (MUST BE INCLUDED IN RETURN PACKAGE)

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please note: Holidays and weekends are not business days. 

Please refer to the tracking provided to you at the time of shipment to confirm delivery of your items to us. 

Please thoroughly review our return policy to ensure that no items are sent back to us that are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, there will be a $5 charge, per item, to send the items back to you. If the return shipping fee is not paid in a timely manner, the items will be forfeited. Thank you!

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store Credit will be issued at Curvy Girl Boutique's discretion for all claims addressed. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number for tracking purposes to info@shopcurvygirls.com within 3 days of item being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolve. By completing a purchase with Curvy Girl Boutique, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.

 Refused Packages 
All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Undeliverable Packages 
All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
